SIP is bathed in an artistic and vibrant air this October. The SIP Golden Autumn ? Three Lakes Carnival is building towards its grand climax this week, promising an immersive blend of international arts, aquatic sports and elite tennis matches.
The 2025 Suzhou Jinji Lake China-France Culture and Art Week is set to open on Oct 17, integrating exhibitions, bazaars, symphony performances, literature exchanges and culinary delights to offer the participants a good opportunity to better understand Chinese and French cultures and lifestyles.
The 2025 Lake Cup Regatta will take place on Jinji Lake from Oct 16 to 19, featuring professional keelboat races alongside public competitions and a variety of recreational experiences such as night sailing tours, lakeside treasure hunt game, sunset concerts and flash mob performances.
A men’s tennis challenge, part of the ATP Challenger tour, is scheduled at Sungent International Tennis Center in Yangchenghu Peninsula Tourist Resort from Oct 19 to 26, when about 70 players from around the world will compete in the singles and doubles matches. The event will be paired with interaction activities and interesting tennis courses for spectators to experience the fun of tennis.
Apart from that, on Oct 18, the weekly “Autumn Night in SIP” concert will for the first time move from the Jinji Lake bank to the Dushu Lake shore, merging amazing lakeside nightscape and wonderful music in open-air performances.
