The 2025 SIP Golden Autumn ? Three Lakes Carnival kicked off at the north square of Jiuguang Department Store Suzhou, SIP on Sept 13, starting a three-month feast of commercial, cultural and travel experiences.
The carnival is sponsored by SIP Administrative Committee and co-organized by SIP Culture, Sports and Tourism Office and Bureau of Commerce. It offers a variety of immersive consumption and tourism scenarios centering on Jinji, Yangcheng and Dushu lakes, designed to boost business vitality and enrich the participants’ lives.
The guidebook for the carnival was released at the opening ceremony, offering specific information about over 50 performances, 20-plus sports events and a number of exhibitions. Concurrently, travel cards and coupons tailored for the event were distributed, allowing the holders to enjoy favorable prices and other privileges at a long list of restaurants, hotels, tourist destinations and shopping spots.
The SIP Central River Trendy Sports Meet ? Family Paddleboarding Challenge was held on the same day, with 100 families competing in the paddleboarding race.
