The SIP Citizen Service Center, which formally came into operation one year ago, has won wide acclaim from businesses for its integrated, convenient administrative services.
The center adopts the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) mode based on experience drawn from the healthcare sector. Under this mode, professionals who specialize in different fields work together to help businesses tackle challenges in their operations. This mode allows businesses to avoid visiting different departments for the same case.

In one example, the experts from SIP’s administrative review and examination, tax and financial audit departments jointly helped a tax and finance accounting agent figure out a solution for business license changing for service transformation.
In another case, the professionals from the administrative review and examination, fire and other departments worked together for a company to obtain the Project Completion Acceptance Recordation Form and the Real Estate Certificate at the same time for launching the operation of its new R&D and manufacturing facility.
