The 2025 Suzhou Training Class for Senior Technology Managers (International Technology Transfer), sponsored by Suzhou Science and Technology Bureau and jointly organized by the Regional University-Industry Technology Transfer Center for Biopharmaceuticals (Suzhou, Jiangsu) and several other organizations, was opened at SIP’s BioBAY recently, aimed at helping technology managers improve their abilities of supporting international technology transfer.
Under the training program, six experts from NTUitive of Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and other world-leading organizations give lectures revolving around technology transfer models, high-value patent layout, business plan compilation and other factors influencing international technology transfer to the trainees from higher education institutions and other organizations. A “theory + practice” mode is adopted to help the trainees broaden their horizons and improve their expertise.
It is learned that Regional University-Industry Technology Transfer Center for Biopharmaceuticals (Suzhou, Jiangsu) has offered six training classes to technology managers in the biomedical sector so far, training over 100 versatile professionals for research achievement discovery, evaluation, verification and incubation.
Moreover, the training classes have facilitated exchanges between the trainees and promoted cooperation between their organizations.
